Twan Paes

Director

Twan is the first MALC in the Netherlands. Together with Jos Grob he founded and started the Action Learning Academy and Emora School of Teammanagement in the Netherlands. Their mission is to help and support companies via Action Learning to grow from the inside out, so they can reach their fullest potential. They also conduct research to determine the effectiveness of Action Learning. Both Twan and Jos are lectors (MBA) of Leadership and change-management based on Action Learning at some Business Schools in Europe.

Twan Paes MBA MALC started his career as a sports coach and later in life switched to pursue a career in the corporate world. He has worked in various organisations in different leadership and management roles. He completed his MBA in the Netherlands specializing in change management with a specific focus on effective collaboration methodologies.
