Organization Award Winners

The following organizations have received the WIAL Organization of the Year Award over the past 10 years. The Award is given to organizations that have used WIAL action learning for developing their leaders, solving complex problems, and building teams.

With the use of internal and/or external WIAL coaches, action learning has become a part of the corporate culture and has been acknowledged by top leadership as valuable for their corporate success.
