It is great that the team is working well together. They can always raise their level of interaction though. At a good moment, I would stop the group for a check in. Ask how we are doing as a team? (1-10) Ask: what we are doing well? What can we do better?
It is as important to recognize the team for doing a great job as it is to correct them when things are going off the rails.

It is a situation that could seduce both coach and participants for the good result. So I as an Action Learning Coach, I would focus on learning, observing how each participant would be practicing the chosen skills and asking questions such as:
    – How are we doing as a group (from zero to ten )?
    – How are you practicing the chosen skill?
    – What can we do better?

if the team is doing well and exploring deeper and deeper avenues I would most likely let this go on and pay careful attention for a show of emotions which could signal a pivotal moment or to get a sense of whether or not the team were slowing or sputtering out. in which case I may then ask a question about either their teamwork or individual leadership skills

Given that the team is already working well towards identifying the problem, I would let it go on. At the appropriate time I would ask the group if the group has condenses on what the problem is and then ask the group to write what they feel the problem is and share.

Allow the team to continue with the good work and motivate them with question that give them deeper thoughts into action learning, such as “how other members’ point of view have influenced each individual?”

As others have said – I’d let them go on keeping a note of it so I could reinforce it during a check in.

At that time I’d start with the standard 3 questions –
How are we doing as a team? What are we doing well? What can we do better?

To reinforce the deep exploration –
How are we doing exploring the underlying issues of this problem?
Why is it important that we fully explore this issue?
How will we continue to peel back this onion to discover the deeper aspects?

I appreciated their working. Ask them to write down the “problem statement” and let them read exactly what they wrote down. Then Ask team to rate the score from 1-10 whether they see the same problem or not, 10 = extremely agreed and 1= extremely disagreed. If the result is not 10. We could explore more with team. What’s the missing score. let them describe.
