Scenario: Multiple Behaviors(2025)

Each participant identifies a leadership skill to work on for the session. These skills are captured on the white board. By the end of the session it’s apparent that all the team members have actually practice their own skill and several of the skills that were captured on the white board.

The teams has been working on fleshing out a breakthrough solution to a problem that has been haunting the organization for years. A long term employee stands in the door, looks at what they’ve fleshed out and says – it wont work.
