Els is a leadership and organisational transformation expert who partners with world-class organisations across industries to elevate leadership, sharpen strategy, and shape culture.

A pioneer in Action Learning, she has embedded the methodology at global organisations including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, Maersk, Banco Santander, Salesforce, Philips, Generali, Europ Assistance, and DriveNow, spanning the US, Europe, and Africa.

Els is Professor at Luiss Business School and Collège des Ingénieurs, and serves on the Merit Summit & Awards Advisory Board.

A Belgian national, she has lived and held global roles across Europe and the Middle East and speaks six languages.

Els holds a Master’s in Counselling & Coaching for Change from INSEAD. Her certifications include EMCC-accredited Business Coach & Practitioner (EIA), Certified Hogan Assessor, Talent to Value Facilitator, Organisational Design Practitioner, Certified Performance Consultant, and Certified Excellence Assessor.
