Throughout her career, Phuong has held the prestigious position of Director of Standardized Training Program Development for joint-stock commercial banks in Vietnam. Furthermore, she has served as the Lead Consultant and Manager for major capacity-building projects within the banking and finance sector, funded by international organizations such as the World Bank, IFC, DANIDA, and NIBE-SVV. Her core philosophy is that developing team capacity requires a seamless integration of HR policies, streamlined processes, and specialized toolsets. In 2024, Phuong discovered Action Learning and immediately recognized its transformative power. She saw its potential not only for individual leadership growth but also for empowering teams to achieve sustainable high performance and superior problem-solving capabilities.
