Pascal Etzol, [email protected] Cell Phone: +00 0 00000000 Dr. Pascal Etzol early career development started in the pharmaceutical industry, in a US company called Merrell Dow, which ended up being part of the Sanofi group, a French pharmaceutical giant. Pascal held various Finance managerial and director positions in the company, first in France as a plant controller, then in Germany as accounting supervisor and in Switzerland as a financial controller. Then in 1997, Pascal moved to the USA in the New York area, where he became a director of finance. He later settled on the West Coast in the San Francisco Bay area, in 2005 where he created his own company, recruiting high tech engineers at an international level. He also worked for Levi-Strauss and more recently for HMC in California, a global agricultural seeds company. Pascal has now returned to Paris where he is an adjunct professor at IESEG, a major French business school and he also consults in HR and Finance. Pascal is a graduate from ESCP Europe and holds an MBA from the University of Ottawa in Canada. He completed his doctoral degree in Human Resources from The George Washington University in 2008. Since then he has developed a research agenda around entrepreneurship, language and radical organizational change and more recently Action Learning.
