The World Institute for Action Learning believes that Action Learning is a great way to develop individuals, teams and organizations, and to create a better world.
Now more than ever, the world needs collaboration and creativity to address the myriad of challenges that individuals as well as organizations are facing in the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic. What better way to solve problems than to use the WIAL Action Learning methodology, allowing individuals, teams and organizations to learn at the same time.

Supporting Global Recovery
From May 2020 until April 2021, WIAL invited the Action Learning coaches around the world to offer their Action Learning coaching skills pro bono to organizations in need of help.
And WIAL invited organizations, large and small, who believe that WIAL’s Action Learning methodology of solving problems and building capabilities for individuals, teams and organizations can help them emerge from the current crisis stronger and more resilient.
WIAL then reviewed all applications and matched pro bono WIAL coaches with organizations that applied as beneficiary.
