1. TEAM.AS.ONE. Team Psychological Safety Practitioner Certification

The certification program is based on the Team Psychological Safety model developed by Professor Edmondson from Harvard University. Her model demonstrated that Team Psychological Safety impacts team learning, which in turn drives team performance.

The certification program looks in detail at the seven elements and five foundations of team psychological safety and proposes a survey and report to assess a team’s level of psychological safety. Participants then discover several tools and techniques, including WIAL Action Learning, that can be used to design a program that strengthens a particular team’s psychological safety by impacting those elements and foundations that require priority improvement. Action Learning has a measurable impact on a team’s level of Team Psychological Safety .
