After evaluating the moment I would intervene saying to the group that I noticed that they were producing very good questions to work on the real problem from the problem presenter and after that I would ask if someone else noticed the same.

My intervention would be done in this way:
“Dear all I am noticing that the group is working very well and producing very good questions going deep on the way to work on real problem. I would like to ask you someone else noticed the same?” On the sequence I would ask to the group: “What are the impact of doing good question?”

I would give my applause to the team for the outcome and good quality of the questions and invite the team members to share their feelings and recap the powerful questions.
Then I would ask the team to compare the team performance/efficiency at the beginning and now and analyze what are the keys to build a strong team and push the process forward.

First: Primum non nocere” – so during such good quality session, I would not disturb them. At the end of session I would ask the team: “How was it for you to work in a group and what influenced it?” – after their answers, I would ask: “If they could give 3 recommendations to groups working in the AL trend, what would it be?” Then I would appreciate the group’s effective work and point out what exactly, what positive aspects of teamwork I noticed.

I will keep an eye on the time allotted for this stage of the process and make the interventions: how we are acting as a group, on a scale of 1-10; What are doing well, What we can do better and question whether we have consensus on the problem. If yes, them we move on to the problem solving phase; If not, I would ask what would help us to have consensus. And who has the next question.

I would not disturb, but note my main observations and quotes to ask later. It it is before the first intervention, I would pinpoint it and appreciate first listening to what the group have noticed – only later me.

I will let the TEAM continue its current good form.
At the end of this phase, I will ask the team what they think about the activities we have just done, what learning improvements they have gained and what will help them in the future.

In this scenario, I will intervene “Team, how do we work as a team?” or “Team, do you notice, like me, that the team is doing a very good job?” (S) “What is the fruit of working extremely well? or “Team, teamwork, what we do well.” Or “Team, what have we learned from working extremely well as a team?” (I) and “Team, how can we level up/maintain our extremely good teamwork like this through the end of this session? (D)

In this situation, I would not interrupt the work of the team. If the situation was before the first intervention, then during the intervention I would tell about my observations about the great work of the team and ask if they also noticed it and ask what they can carry forward, what is worth keeping.

I would ask the team, “What do you think about our current exploration to what the problem is?” “What have we done?” “What is the influence?” “What can we do in the following discussion to guarantee the quality and outcome of our discussion?”

In the case when I, as a coach, evaluate the work of the group as extremely productive, I would not indicate the productivity of the group on my own. First, I would ask the participants a few questions about how they feel about the dynamics in the group, whether they are satisfied with the process, whether they feel progress. And only after several participants confirmed my observations on the productivity of the group, I would allow myself to compliment the group.

I would say nothing, just staying with the team. Instead of interrupting the flow of team work, I would pay close attention to the participation level and the teamwork, only intervening when needed.

I would mirror the group, I notice something remarkable about the Very good Question, I would ask to the them, Is there someone else that sees something remarkable? ,What do you feel about this?

If the working flow of the team were very well, I would not intervene in this situation. Rather than that, I would observe all the team and note down how positive and productive they perform. Then in the conclusion and giving feedback to the group, I would bring out the the good points of each member and the team as a whole. This is also a learning opportunity for the team to take away.

If the working flow of the team were very well, I would not intervene in this situation. I will check-in perfomance follow the process:
– Our team is working on a scale of 1-10 (1 is bad – 10 is very good)
– What can we do to the better?
– Reminds people to exercise leadership capacity
