WIAL Australia is a not-for-profit organization supporting and training action learning coaches who are passionate about solving urgent and important problems for government, business, and not-for-profit organizations.
Our vision is for highly effective leadership teams where every member feels respected and valued.
When teams are given exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills, and the unique qualities of every team member are respected through action learning, great solutions are generated for complex problems and people feel great about what they have achieved.
