Elbert Or is a WIAL Certified Action Learning Coach who helps teams embrace their diverse talents and strengths, so they can do our life’s best work together. As a consultant for Management Strategies Asia<http://www.mgtstrat-asia.com>, he has applied his experience and knowledge in Gallup CliftonStrengths, applied positive psychology, and design thinking to facilitate workshops and coaching engagements for some of the biggest companies in the Philippines.

In addition to his coaching work, he is also founder of social impact-driven design studio Pushpin Visuals<http://www.pushpinvisuals.com>. They’ve used drawings and stories to make information easy to understand for clients such as UNDP, WHO, Medecins sans Frontieres, and other non-profit organizations in Southeast Asia.

Of the many hats he wears, his most important ones are as husband to fellow creative Lorra Elena, and father to Liam Oliver and Zoe Thessaly.
