Yen is a Organization Transformation Manager of Deloitte Consulting SEA; Consultant-Career Coach of Lee Hecht Harrison in Vietnam. She has been based in Vietnam.

As a former HR Manager, Head of HR functions & Expert at HR center of expert, she spends her twenty-two-years of working to offer solutions and support in business set-up stages, sales expansions, re-structuring projects, leadership development & talent management programs, organization design projects, human resource transformation.

Her experience is included in both multinational companies and large Vietnamese corporates with a variety of industries such as FSIs, agriculture, retails, consumer foods, manufacturing, logistics & supply chain, technology, education.

Being a Certified Coach (ACC from ICF, CALC from WIAL, PSM1 from Scrum.org), Yen commit to her life mission of empowering both individuals & teams in the context of today’s ambiguous and disruptive change. She can work well with business owners, top management team, managers and talents from different cultures and ways of working.
