Marcia is Brazilian, lives in São Paulo, and was introduced to Action Learning in 2014 when was transitioning from her career in International Marketing to coaching. She was WIAL Brazil director for 3 years and in 2020 became a Senior Action Learning Coach (SALC). She is the founder of MyCoaching and leads programs of leadership and career development in private, public and social organizations. Marcia works as an executive, career team coach, group facilitator and consultant. She is a credentialed as Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with International Coaching Federation (ICF) and currently serves International Coaching Federation Brazil as Social Responsibility Director in São Paulo Regional Chapter. She also is certified and experienced in some methodologies and tools that support human development: Language Ontology, Points of You, U Theory, Immunity to Change, Non Violent Communication, Teams Psychological Safety. Marcia holds an MBA and bachelor degree in Business Administration from FEA-USP, in Brazil, as well as a post graduate degree in Coaching. Before becoming a coach, she worked in International Marketing for 20 years in Brazilian multinational food industries leading marketing projects in different countries, such as Russia, United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Hong Kong, with multifunctional and multicultural teams.
