Marina Mazi built her career in people development. She has a corporate background in Human Resources. She holds a MSc, MBA and a degree in Psychology. She has been working as a consultant, heading and delivering projects and programs for leadership development, mainly. She also worked designing and delivering E-Learning programs and corporate educational solutions. She is a certified executive coach. She has been working with Action Learning since 2014. Marina is member of the board of directors of the World Institute for Action Learning since 2017.Currently she is a Trainer, Executive Coach (ACC), Educational Director of WIAL Brazil and SALC, delivering Action Learning Certification Programs.
