Mark Relova, Ph.D.
Executive Director
Mark has over 20 years of experience in Learning, Talent and Organization Development, having led transformative people initiatives across diverse industries – including BPO, Agriculture, Insurance, and Automotive. His career spans both the Philippines and international markets, where he has successfully designed and implemented programs that elevate leadership, culture, and performance on a global scale.
He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to the field, and has served as a keynote speaker and panel resource in conferences both in the Philippines and abroad.
Passionate about coaching, he is a Professional Action Learning Coach (PALC) and currently serves as the first Filipino Executive Director of the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL), a global non-profit organization with a network of over 400 certified coaches across 20 countries. In this role, he champions leadership development, organizational transformation, and the global advancement of Action Learning as a powerful method for solving complex challenges.
Once recognized as the Most Outstanding Alumnus of the Department of Speech Communication at the University of the Philippines, Mark is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Brain-Based Coach. He holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development from the SAIDI Graduate School of OD, and earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Speech Communication, graduating Magna Cum Laude and as College Valedictorian from the University of the Philippines Diliman. He also completed postgraduate programs in Strategic Organization and Talent Transformation at The Pennsylvania State University, and in Human Resource Development at the National University of Singapore.
