Tom is an entrepreneur, a Master Action Learning Coach and a corporate trainer, specializing in team and leadership development, psychological skills and problem soling. He is an affiliate director in the World Institute for Action Learning. He developed his skills in Poland, Germany, the USA and the UK, and has worked with major corporations from numerous sectors such as BNP Paribas, Avon, Nokia, Uniqa, Accenture, PwC and Santander Bank. He lives in central Poland with his wife and two very energetic little boys.
