What is CALC Online? It is the online CALC certification program designed and conducted by the World Institute for Action Learning, the leading certifying body for Action Learning (www.wial.org). How does the program work and how much is the cost? The program is delivered in English online via Zoom over 8 half day sessions (equivalent to 4 days) The dates are fixed to match the participants’ availability. What do I get out of it?  Experience a profound coaching, leadership and personal development with a global cohort of various nationalities  Achieve international coaching accreditation from the World Institute for Action Learning and earn 32 ICF CCE credits  Become a member of the growing global community of WIAL Certified Action Learning Coaches Completion of the requirements of this online program will enable participants to be awarded the title of “WIAL Certified Action Learning Coach CALC” and be listed as a coach on the WIAL website.
