Certification for Action Learning Coaches is the next step to being a Certified Action Learning Coach. This is a series of two 2-day intensive workshops that builds on the participants’ experience in the Foundations Program, by developing greater self-mastery as a means to become more effective at handling teams and effecting learning at all levels. In this workshop, participants will be able to: Master the WIAL Action Learning process, with emphasis on sharpening intervention skills Practice being a participant, a coach, and an observer, in a series of Action Learning sessions Simulate Single Problem Action Learning (SPAL) Reflect and feedback at the end of each session Discuss how to market and design Action Learning interventions, and the process for certification CALC 1 is on March 4-5 2019 CALC 2 is on April 1-2 2019.
