Lynda White

Lynda is President, McLeod White and Associates, a Canadian company providing consulting services globally, in areas of organization development, change, systems thinking, strategic planning, equity and affirmative action, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. Lynda was previously global diversity leader for Canada’s largest financial institution, operating in approximately 30 countries, with 60,000 people, with the team’s work recognized as global best practice. The team did foundational change and implementation work in the areas of gender, diversity, and disability, garnering awards for the organization, benchmarked by others, resulting in their continuing presence as a leader today.
Lynda has chaired and been a member of industry, federal government task forces and committees, numerous not-for-profit boards – including the Centre for Research Action on Race Relations, Canadian Council on Rehabilitation and Work, Canadian Centre on Disability Studies, the YWCA of Metropolitan Toronto, and currently is the Board Chair of The Centre for Global Inclusion, Board member of The World Institute for Action Learning, and the Dancer Transition Resource Centre of Canada.
Lynda has participated, presented, and helped shape recommendations for UN agencies, conferences and working groups. She continues to be a strategist, change leader, presenter, guest lecturer, and workshop leader, globally, on organization development, change and diversity issues. Clients include non-profit, corporate, and government sectors. She is a Past President of the Diversity Collegium, a think tank of diversity leaders. Lynda is an Expert Panelist of the Global D, E & I Benchmarks, continuing since 2006.
