Dr. Andrew Rahaman has lived and worked nationally and internationally in diverse leadership positions building teams to design and implement both technical projects and overseeing geographically dispersed programs in a variety of private and government positions to include the Federal Reserve Board, Department of State, Department of Defense in the U.S., United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, China, Mexico, and Trinidad. Andrew's education includes; a Doctorate (Ed.D) from The George Washington University (2013) where he focused on organizational culture change, action learning, leadership development and increasing the leader’s capability to operate in complex, changing work environments through action learning. He has a M.S. in Environmental Science and Engineering from the University of Texas in Dallas (1988). Andrew completed the Georgetown Executive Leadership Coaching Program in 2010 and the “Resilient Coach” program in 2016. He holds SPHR and GPHR certifications. Andrew is certified to use the Hogan Assessment, Leadership Circle, Myers Briggs, FIRO-B, Forte Communication Styles, Workplace Big 5 Profile, and the suite of CCL’s 360 assessment tools. Andrew is the past Chairman, Board of Directors of the World Institute of Action Learning in the US, a nonprofit whose mission is to work with organizations to solve their most pressing challenges while developing individual and team leaders.
