An experienced auditor, consultant and trainer - has over fifteen years of experience in human resource management. Her main area of expertise is developing people and organizations. She designs and implements development programs at all business levels as well as well as opinion surveys. She has been working as a consultant and trainer since 2006 and has run several advisory and training projects for diverse organizations (international corporations, private sector, public institutions). Since the beginning of her career she has been working with top and middle management on strengthening soft skills, in particular communication competencies. She believes in the power of dialog and likes to act as an initiator of constructive discussion. Her ambition is to help managers build engagement and inspire their teams. She loves to see people and organizations changing and achieving more. She graduated from University of Gdańsk (master studies in economics), University of Economics in Katowice (doctoral studies in management), University of Warsaw (postgraduate studies in public relations) and MODERATOR Business Trainers’ School. She also attended Copenhagen Business School (HRM and consultancy studies – a grant).
