Grenada Red Cross discovers the power of WIAL Action Learning

The WIAL Gives Back initiative helped several IFRC International Federation of the Red Cross entities solve their complex problems through Action Learning. The team from Grenada shared their experience with the process and how it allowed them to create breakthrough solutions and develop individuals and the team at the same time.
