WIAL Action Learning Helps to Improve Curricular Offerings

WIAL Better World is working with Vida Jovem (Young Life), a Brazilian NGO that provides professional training and other development opportunities for vulnerable young people ages 14 to 21, with the aim to help them find job placements.

Cristine Napoli, a volunteer WIAL Action Learning Coach in Brazil, has provided action learning coaching for the Vida Jovem staff – helping them improve their curricular offerings. Vida Jovem realized that the Action Learning is applicable for their students as well, and Cristine continues to work with them to extend the action learning methods and other collaborative learning techniques directly to the student population.
