Scenario: Bad Experiences

As an Action Learning coach, how would manage a session whereby team members have had bad experiences with each other previously, hence placing the psychological safety of the session in jeopardy? Team members were selected by the sponsor.

    If this is information which is available to you direct from the source (not via hear say) I would address this by calling it out. It is my understanding that there might have been conflicts in the past within this team, how do we want to address and deal with this as a team?
