I would pause the process and invite the group to briefly reconstruct the norms together rather than supplying them myself: “Let’s take a moment to recall what agreements we made at the start about how we want to work together.” If they still cannot remember, I would help them re-establish a few clear norms with the group’s input and check for commitment before moving on. This keeps ownership with the team and reinforces shared responsibility for the process.
