would do an intervention asking everyone which skill you are focusing on and quickly how they perceive themselves up to that point. At the end, in harvesting the skills I would return to the question and ask for evidence of recognition. If the group does not speak up, I would make my contribution by encouraging reflection on the importance of awareness and presence.

I would ask the group how they are doing in their leadership, what they are doing well, what they need to improve, and what they should do next. Ask people to write down a detailed action plan.

As an action learning coach, I would say:
– As we mentioned before, one of the action learning purposes is to improve our leadership skill. Now, let’s pause the discussion and check our practicing on the chosen skill, good or not good?
I would invite participants to give their response one by one.
If the answer is “Good”, I would say:
– Would you please share us what did you do to practice that skill?
After having everyone’s response, I would ask:
– What do you learn from each other about practicing the chosen skill?
– And what’s your next move in the rest of time?

As a Coach, I would say:”Hello team, please check how we were practicing on the chosen skill? Please give point from 1 to 10 from worst to best?”
I would invite all members to give their response one by one. After that, I would ask “How to practice the chosen skill better next time?”

As a Coach, I would say: “Hello team, I saw a participant did something in direct contradiction to their chosen skill? Have anyone noticed that?”
After that, I would directly ask the participant: “Hello Mr/Ms A, as your opinion, what will impact to our refection on learning at the end of session if someone did that?”
“How to practice the chosen skill better next time?”

– As a Coach, I will repeat skills the team has chosen. Then ask the team:
+ How did the team demonstrate the selected skills during the session?
+ On a Scale of 1-10, How many points do you give your ability to demonstrate in the session?
+ What if the team doesn’t show off their chosen skill during the session?
+ What was the impact of this on the team’s ability to learn in today’s session?
+ How can the team property demonstrate their chosen skill in the next minutes?
