As an action learning coach, how would you handle the following situation:
None of the participants have moved from their seats since the start of the session.
In my experience, the Action Learning causes a movement that starts from a real problem, something that is not comfortable. This rhythm remains active during the questions to better explore the problem. In this situation, I would observe if the problem represents a tension or not, because it is what makes the group move during the process.
I will point out to the group that since the start of the workshop, nobody has changed places.
